Wendy transitioned on November 28, 2017. Viewing will take place on Tuesday December 5, 2017 from 4pm to 6pm at Victory Christian Fellowship, 100 Wilton Blvd., New Castle, DE. Celebration of Love will follow the viewing. Interment will be held at Union Hill Cemetery in Kennett Square, PA.
